Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunity as well as maintain and grow current portfolio.
  • Attend sales enquiries, quotations / proposals, responding to customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with technical team to ensure smooth installation.
  • To ensure timely collection of payment due.
  • Responsible for customer complaints and liaise with relevant party to ensure that corrective action are taken.
  • To maintain good relationship with potential and current customers.
  • Confident, strong analytical mind with good business acumen and have a high level of drive, professionalism and integrity.
  • Proven track record of performing sales on consultative manner, focusing on identifying solutions while providing great customer service.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin / Cantonese.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.

Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handling financial and clerical documents.
  • Perform General Administrative tasks that are assigned by the superior.
  • Perform data entry and documentation.
  • Perform filing,scanning of documents and responsible for documentation control.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above, in any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English.
  • 2-5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English Language.
  • Good interpersonal skills, mature, dedicated and responsible.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Able to do multi task & work with minimum supervision.

Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set accounts. Responsible for month end closing and yearly closing.
  • Filing of GST, preparation of GST return, EPF and other accountant related matters.
  • Preparation of Audit Schedules.
  • Advise on the company’s budgeting and costing.
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned and part of the Admin & Operation duties.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate who specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

HR manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of HR a needed.
  • Review and implement HR policies and procedure in line with the ever changing employee needs and best practice.
  • Good working knowledge of current trends and practice including HR Management, training and development, compensation, Labour Law, staff discipline & etc.
  • Preparing and support report as per request by HQ/Management.
  • Involved in manpower planning, cost saving and equivalent.
  • Able to manage staff and develop team goals to achieve team development.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good knowledge and communication skill, Multitasking, Responsibility, Problem Solving, Responsibility.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
